Kimbolton State Forest

Kimbolton State Forest (1945 ha) – Located 25km south east of Bendigo, Kimbolton has large old trees which support numerous species such as Swift Parrot, Regent Honeyeater, Grey-Crowned Babler and Brush Tailed Phascogale. Kimbolton is popular for many school and orienteering groups that camp and hold events in the forest. Lake Eppalock is also nearby, which is a great spot to explore and use the facilities.
